    • office inventory / supplies tracking & ordering
    • bid documents
      • duplication
      • notification to prospective bidders
      • distribution
      • bid logs
    • daily mail distribution
      • date stamping
      • discarding (destroying mail label)
  • COMPETENT COMPUTER / DATA ENTRY SKILLS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
    • microsoft word
    • microsoft excel
    • microsoft outlook
  • QUICKBOOKS PROFICIENT (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
    • client invoicing
    • accounts payable
    • accounts receivable
    • management reports
      • coincide with excel
  • WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF THE FOLLOWING A PLUS:
